Before you write
A few things are faster to solve yourself:
- Forgot your password? Use the Forgot password link on the sign-in page — the reset email arrives in under a minute.
- Payment made but plan not upgraded? Give it two minutes and refresh. If it still hasn't moved, send us the order ID from your payment confirmation.
- Invoice numbering wrong? Business settings lets you set your own prefix; numbering restarts each financial year.
- Need your data out? Customers, products and invoices export to CSV from their list pages, on every plan.

Reporting a security issue
Found a vulnerability? Please email us directly rather than filing it publicly, and give us a reasonable window to fix it. We take security reports seriously and will credit you if you would like us to.
